Every pizza starts with our slow-fermented dough, which gives a light, airy base with a crisp edge that is easy to digest. We use carefully selected flour and fresh toppings, and every pizza is baked to order. Alongside our pizzas you'll find fresh homemade lasagna and our homemade desserts.

An Italian Restaurant in Sóller for Families and Friends
Groenk Pizza & Pasta is a relaxed Italian restaurant for a quick lunch, a family dinner or a pizza night with friends. Our terrace looks out towards the mountains of the Sóller valley, and there is plenty of parking nearby. Children are welcome with a special kids' menu, dogs are welcome inside too, and we welcome groups of up to 20 guests.

How Groenk Pizza Began
The idea for Groenk Pizza was born on the couch. Our founder Balázs watched Chef's Table: Pizza on Netflix twice in a row, and it reminded him that the best food is built on passion, simplicity and respect for tradition. In March 2026, that spark became our pizzeria in Sóller.
