The idea for Grøenk Pizza was born on the couch.

When Balázs watched Chef’s Table: Pizza on Netflix — twice in a row — it wasn’t just entertainment. It was inspiration. A reminder that the best food is built on passion, simplicity, and respect for tradition. That spark turned into our pizza concept: honest, thoughtful, and made with soul.
