We are hiring: SUPERVISOR IN DEIÁ

We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Deià for year-round position.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, leads with kindness, and thrives in a busy, guest-focused restaurant environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the supervision of the restaurant manager

• Manage and coordinate a team of 5 staff members during the service

• Ensure smooth service even during full house operations

• Manage reservations and guest flow efficiently

• Maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction

• Support the team during busy and high-pressure service periods

What This Role Does NOT Include

• Stock management

• Ordering from suppliers

• Inventory control

• Dealing with schedules and hiring people

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Able to handle stress and stay calm during busy services

• Kind, professional, and guest-focused attitude

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role is preferred
