Fornalutx is a small mountain village of around 740 residents in the Serra de Tramuntana, on the north-west coast of Mallorca. It lies about 3 km from Sóller, beneath Puig Major, the island’s highest peak. Since 2017 it has been part of the association Los Pueblos Más Bonitos de España (The Most Beautiful Villages of Spain). It is also where Groenk began on the island, and where two of our restaurants are today. With its cobblestone streets, honey-coloured stone houses with g
