Fornalutx is a small mountain village of around 740 residents in the Serra de Tramuntana, on the north-west coast of Mallorca. It lies about 3 km from Sóller, beneath Puig Major, the island’s highest peak. Since 2017 it has been part of the association Los Pueblos Más Bonitos de España (The Most Beautiful Villages of Spain).
