Autumn & Winter Events 2026/27 in Deià and Fornalutx, Mallorca
Between November 2026 and February 2027, Grøenk hosts six seasonal dinners at its restaurants in Deià and Fornalutx, in Mallorca's Serra de Tramuntana. The programme includes a St. Martin's Day goose dinner, Thanksgiving, New Year's Eve in both villages, a fully plant-based evening, and our third Hungarian dinner. Tickets start at €42 per person and are sold online.

Why visit Deià and Fornalutx in autumn and winter
Once the summer crowds leave, the villages of the Serra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage cultural landscape, become quiet and local again. Mild days are well suited to hiking, the streets and cafés are calmer, and the kitchen turns to seasonal, warming dishes.
We designed this programme so that locals and winter visitors have a reason to gather around a table every few weeks, from the harvest season to the depths of winter.

St. Martin's Day Goose Dinner, Fornalutx

St. Martin's Day honours St. Martin of Tours, remembered for sharing his cloak with a beggar. In Germany, the Netherlands and much of Central Europe, it traditionally marks the end of the harvest, celebrated with roast goose and new wine. We bring the tradition to Fornalutx with a goose-centred menu, including goose soup and a goose burger.

A Thanksgiving evening in Mallorca for American guests, expats and anyone who likes the idea of a shared autumn table. Starters: liver pâté with sourdough bread, and smoked salmon. Main course: stuffed turkey breast with sauce and potatoes.

For one night, our Deià kitchen goes fully plant-based. Svenja Galle, founder of Bella Verde, the well-known vegan restaurant in Port de Pollença, and now restaurant manager at Grøenk Deià, steps out of the dining room and into the kitchen to cook her signature plant-based menu.

Our third Hungarian dinner in Fornalutx. Grøenk was founded by Hungarians, and this evening is our way of sharing the food we grew up with.

Grøenk is a restaurant group with four restaurants in the Serra de Tramuntana: Grøenk Bistro & Grill Deià, Grøenk Bistro & Grill Fornalutx, Grøenk Urban Kitchen Fornalutx and Grøenk Pizza & Pasta Sóller. Our Bistro & Grill kitchens cook Mediterranean dishes with seasonal ingredients, many of them sourced locally (Km0). All events above take place at our Bistro & Grill restaurants.

Yes. Tickets are sold online, and seats are limited.

No, drinks are exluded, apart from our NYE Dinners

The Plant-Based Dinner with Svenja on 28 January 2027 is fully plant-based.
Are Grøenk restaurants open in winter?
Yes, every day between 12:00&22:00.
